MediaHub is a video downloader and media manager app. This page describes how we handle your information when you use the app.
By using MediaHub, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy. We do not sell your personal information. We use information only to provide and improve the service, as described below.
Data is stored locally on the device. We do not upload or sync your personal data, downloaded files, or Vault content to our servers.
For the app to work properly, we may need access to certain data. The information we use is kept on your device or used only as needed for features you use. We do not collect or upload your personal data to our servers for identification purposes.
The app may use third-party services (for example, advertising or analytics) that have their own privacy practices. Links to their policies are listed later in this document.
MediaHub includes an optional Privacy Space (Vault) where you can move videos so they are hidden and stored in an encrypted form on your device. Content in the Vault is encrypted locally; we do not have access to it. The gesture or PIN you set to open the Vault is stored and verified only on your device. We do not collect or transmit any Vault content or credentials.
The app includes an in-app browser so you can open video websites and start downloads. Browsing happens locally on your device. We do not collect your browsing history, login credentials, or personal data from websites you visit. Any data you enter in the in-app browser is processed by the sites you visit according to their own policies.
When the app encounters an error, we may receive anonymous log data (for example via third-party crash reporting). This may include information such as device type, OS version, app version, and the time of the error. We use this only to fix bugs and improve stability, not to identify you personally.
MediaHub does not set cookies itself. The in-app browser and any third-party code (such as ad networks) may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookie behavior in your device or browser settings. Refusing certain cookies may affect some features (for example, ads or site behavior).

We care about the security of your data. We use common technical and organizational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet or on a device is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use the app in a way that protects your own data (for example, by using the Privacy Space for sensitive content).
The app or this policy may contain links to other websites or services. We do not control those sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We recommend that you read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
MediaHub is not directed at children under 13. In line with the User Service Agreement, you must be at least 13 years of age to use the app. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g. 18), we recommend that you use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent where required by law, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us (see Contact Us below) and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
