Welcome to MediaHub. This User Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and MediaHub Team ("we", "us", "Service Provider"), based in Guangzhou, China.
By downloading, installing, or using the MediaHub app, or by clicking "I Agree" (or equivalent) where this Agreement is presented, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MediaHub provides the following features (the "Services"):
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Minimum age. The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g. 18 in many regions, including the People's Republic of China), you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to this Agreement on your behalf.
Lawful use. You represent that you are using the Services in a jurisdiction where such use is lawful, and that you will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those relating to the protection of minors.
Acceptance. Your use of the app, or your clicking "I Agree" (or similar) where this Agreement is shown, constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement as an electronic contract with the same legal effect as a signed written agreement.
Ownership. The MediaHub application, including but not limited to all software code, design, user interface, logos, graphics, text, and any original content provided by us, is owned by MediaHub Team or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited license. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on your own device for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. You receive only a right to use the app; you do not acquire any ownership rights in the app or its content.
Restrictions. You may not:
Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your license and possible legal action.
"As is" service. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Service interruption. We are not liable for any failure or delay due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: network outages, server maintenance, power failures, natural disasters, war, government action, or other force majeure. We do not guarantee availability of any third-party websites or resources that you access through the app.
Third-party and user content. The app may allow you to access, download, or interact with content from the internet or third-party sources. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of such content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party or user-generated content.
Cap on damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one United States dollar (USD 1). In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Enforcement. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Agreement. We may, without prior notice and at our sole discretion:
You agree that such measures are reasonable and that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such action.
Governing law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Jurisdiction and venue. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any in-app terms or policies we reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
